5- Items provided with every booth?

Stand Fittings include:
Aluminum shell scheme structure for exhibition stands made from aluminium uprights columns and white infill panels.
Fascias to carry the companies’ names and made also from aluminium beams and white melamine panels.
Carpet, 1 table + 2 chairs and 2 shelves, 1 socket + 2 spotlights for each 9 sqm stand. Stand dimensions: following the floor plan (height 2.5m).

6- When will you send the “Exhibition Brochure”, “Space Booking Forms”, “Floor Plan Layout”, and “Information & Order Manual”?

Within a week after defining the number of brochures you need. Already the E-brochure, Space Option (Booking) Form, Hall Layout (Floor Plan) are available on our website www.prospower.com

9- Since how many years you have been organizing this show?

This is the first of its kind by Prospower, but we have involved in organizing similar shows since 1996.

There will be a comprehensive advertising campaign consisting of billboards on main roads of all Lebanon, direct mail, email and SMS campaigns, newspapers, specialized magazines, press conferences, FM radios, and coverage by satellite TV.

15- Any side attractions available for exhibitors / buyers during the event?

16- Any Seminars / Conferences during the show?

Yes, we are discussing with the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Tripoli and some South American countries to organize a conference on increasing business and trade relations and if you have an interesting subject that could be discussed, please let us know.

17- Expected visitor attendance in this year’s show?

We expect 50000 trade and general visitors in 5 days of the show

18- Number of participants / countries confirmed so far for this year’s show?

We have 500 sqm confirmed by Iran, 150 sqm from Poland, 500 sqm from KSA, 600 sqm from Lebanon plus 300 sqm from other countries up to date and we expect more in the coming months.

19- Is there any support for this show from Officials/Government bodies?

We have support from Lebanese Ministry of Economy & Trade, Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Tripoli and North Lebanon plus Iranian Promotion Trade Organization, Argentinean Embassy in Lebanon and hopefully from Pakistan and other countries.

20- The Visitor Profile of this show?

The visitors are trade and business buyers plus general public in the last 2 days.

25- Is Spot Sale allowed during the Show? If not then is there any opportunity to dispose the products on the last day of the Show?

It is a trade show for exhibiting samples of your products and services, but if you want to sell your products on the last day, you may do so, but please consult with our Logistics partners BCC for the special arrangements for documents needed.
